Innovata plc terminates merger discussions

Despite the strategic and operational logic of a possible combination with SkyePharma plc, the Board of Innovata plc has decided to terminate discussions regarding a share exchange merger of the two companies whilst SkyePharma is in announced discussions with other parties regarding potential cash offers for the business as a whole.
